As a dual-sport athlete at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and native of Alaska, Alev Kelter excelled in ice hockey and soccer through college. She won gold as captain of the U.S. U18 women’s hockey team at the 2009 IIHF World Women’s U18 Championship. Several years later, Kelter transitioned to rugby and was part of the 2016 USA Team when rugby sevens became an Olympic sport in Rio. Alev earned her BFA in Art.

“I couldn’t be more excited to join this All-American league on home soil.  PR7s is laying the foundation for something special —  growing rugby in the USA. I’m thrilled to stand beside this crew of top-notch ruggers and inspire the next generation of players and fans. See you all out there!”
