The PR7s Bay Area Camp is designed for athletes of all skill levels—whether you’re new to rugby or looking to sharpen your competitive edge. This inclusive camp welcomes both aspiring players eager to advance their skills and newcomers ready to discover the game.
Led by PR7s coaches, including former and current National Team members, professional players, and top local talent from the Bay Area, every participant will receive elite-level instruction and insight. Plus, each camper will take home a PR7s camp t-shirt!
This camp also serves as a gateway to the Golden State Academy, offering players a chance to experience the coaching style and competitive environment of the Academy. Athletes interested in joining the team for the second half of the season will have the opportunity to grow their game alongside like-minded players in a consistent, high-performance setting.

Get ready for a high-energy, skill-building day of rugby with Premier Rugby Sevens! The PR7s Bay Area Camp is open to boys and girls of all experience levels—whether you’re picking up a rugby ball for the first time or pushing toward the next level of your game.

Tyra Norlander
Played for PR7s Rocky Mountain Experts & Golden State Retrievers, Sweden National Team, All Blues WPL 7s & XV. New to coaching and excited to share everything she has learned over the years as a player.

Angelina Lomu
Represented Tonga National Team, played for Life West & All Blues 7s & XV, and developed at ARPTC Rugby Academy. Having played for nearly every Bay Area team, Lina embodies the heart of Bay Area rugby.

Jessica Lewis
A standout at Cal, 5x All-American (3x 15s, 2x 7s), played for All Blues 7s, captain at Life West, and currently coaching at Cal Rugby.
