
Introducing the Portland Rugby Academy Team: PR7s’ premier junior team for boys and girls U19 in the Pacific Northwest. Our program offers local talent the chance to elevate their game with expert coaching led by Olympian Martin Iosefo and ample opportunities for growth.
This program is a multi-month club team led by professional coaches and players to help you improve your skillset and achieve your dreams. Multiple practices a week with a tournament at the end of the season.

🏉 FREE Open practice and tournament – train with the Portland Rugby Academy this weekend to see if you’d like to join it! Start with a practice Friday night and then compete Saturday in the Portland Rugby Tournament hosted by the Portland Rugby Club .

Coaching Staff

Martin Iosefo – Program Director and Head Coach
The Portland program will be led by Martin Iosefo a standout rugby player spanning both the USA Rugby Sevens and Fifteens teams. A two-time Olympian (Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020), he was a key playmaker for the USA Sevens squad, competing in over 50 World Series tournaments and scoring nearly 80 tries. Iosefo also represented the USA at the 2019 Rugby World Cup, showcasing his versatility on the international stage.
At the professional level, he has made a significant impact in Premier Rugby Sevens playing for the SoCal Loggerheads as well as the All-Star team, serving as a captain on both squads. He has also suited up with the Seattle Seawolves of Major League Rugby.
