Julia Buescher
A standout player for the San Diego Surfers and former D1 Nationals MVP, Julia brings championship experience and elite-level intensity to the Academy. Known for her leadership on the field and commitment to player development, she’s passionate about helping young athletes grow into confident, high-performing rugby players.
Lauren Thunen
A dynamic force with the PR7s Pittsburgh Steeltoes, Lauren was named a 2024 PR7s All-Star and has represented USA Rugby at the national level. A product of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Lauren blends high-level playing experience with a deep understanding of the game. She’s dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes through skill-building, mentorship, and high-performance training.
